Bonsai Brush Brass 240MM - Brass Brush

Brushes are used to clean moss and dirt built up from bonsai tree trunks, jins and shari. These brushes have a curved handle which makes it easier to clean at different angles.
There are currently three brushes in the Kaneshin range that we offer:

• Pig's Hair


• Nylon and


• Brass

In order of hardness/stiffness the Pig's Hair is softest, the Nylon brush being a little harder and the Brass brush being the hardest.
For cleaning trunks we would recommend the nylon and pig's hair brushes. 
For cleaning jins and shari deadwood the brass brush is most suitable.
All brushes are 240mm in total length with the bristle portion being around 100mm in length.
