Four colour-coded routes cater for everyone from beginner to advanced and promise a thrilling ride under a shady canopy of ancient trees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Explore the Noetzie castles.<\/strong> Situated at the end of a dirt road just outside Knysna is the small, unspoilt cove of Noetzie, the protected home of the rare African black oyster catcher. Turreted castles were built along the beach in the 1930s and stand like sentinels on the edge of the beach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bungee jump at the Bloukrans River Bridge.<\/strong> Home to the world\u2019s highest commercially operated bungee jump, thrill seekers can plunge 216 m to the river below. Bloukrans makes use of pendulum bungee technology, ensuring the smoothest, safest jump possible. A must for adrenaline junkies!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ski on the Knysna lagoon. <\/strong>The tranquil expanse of water this part of the country is famous for is a water-sport lover\u2019s dream.
