Puma is putting the spotlight on women’s sports with an exciting new football collection designed for female athletes. While unveiling the\u00a0new national team home kits\u00a0for the upcoming European Championships, Puma also revealed\u00a0limited edition Future 1.4 Liberty and Ultra Ultimate Liberty football boots in women\u2019s specific fits. The new collection\u00a0was designed in\u00a0collaboration with British retail and design staple Liberty London and is sure to get female football fans and players excited for the season ahead.<\/p>\n

This exciting new football venture joins the previous Liberty collaborations, which included running shoes<\/a> and fashion apparel with the signature Liberty floral.<\/p>\n

Puma is making a grand entrance with this women’s football collection<\/a> by adding a touch of timeless elegance to its performance-driven jerseys. Puma says the new football jerseys<\/a> are the lightest and most comfortable performance jerseys it has ever made. Drawn by hand in Liberty’s design studio, the quintessential Liberty florals take to the pitch in understated tonal palettes complemented by retro-inspired graphics and oversized team emblems. The street-worthy style delivers pitch-worthy performance, and the jerseys will be worn exclusively by the Italy, Iceland, Austria and Switzerland women\u2019s teams on the biggest European stage.<\/p>\n

According to Puma, the new football jerseys<\/a> are designed to play at lightspeed. The Puma national team authentic jerseys are made with Ultraweave technology; an ultra-light fabric engineered for optimal performance. The 4-way stretch structure helps to enhance movement by reducing weight and friction, so players can focus on faster, stronger movement. The dryCELL moisture-wicking technology keeps players dry and comfortable in the most extreme conditions.<\/p>\n

The replica jersey, also focuses on performance and is made with 100% recycled polyester with dryCELL sweat-wicking technology to keep fans and players dry and comfortable throughout the 90 minutes and beyond \u2013 no matter the time, pitch or place.<\/p>\n

The collection also features special edition Ultra Grip 1 Hybrid Liberty Goalkeeper gloves<\/a> to be worn by the PUMA female goalkeepers at this summer\u2019s major tournament.<\/p>\n
