What’s it about?<\/h3>\n

The game picks up a few years after the events of\u00a0Devil May Cry 4<\/i><\/a><\/span>, where a mysterious<\/i>\u00a0man known as “V” comes to the Devil May Cry office to hire Dante (a veteran demon-hunter with a cheeky attitude) to solve a series of demon attacks occurring across the world.<\/p>\n

Do you need to have played the previous games?<\/h3>\n

Not necessarily. Of course, if your’e a longtime fan, you’ll enjoy a lot of the background and appreciate the nuances of each character, but if you’re a newcomer to the franchise, this is a great jumping on point, with new characters, combat systems and visuals for a whole new era of DMC<\/em>.<\/p>\n
