Our home has become a destination for international musicians, who make sure to include South Africa<\/a> as part of their globe-trotting touring schedules. And South African\u2019s have been only too happy to oblige.<\/p>\n

Pint sized Aussie Kylie Minogue<\/a> <\/a>\"\"<\/a>recently stopped off in South Africa to perform in Cape Town and Johannesburg in July as part of her Aphrodite World Tour. Fans were taken back to ancient Greece and treated to hits like \u2018Locomotion\u2019, \u2018Spinning Around\u2019 and \u2018Can\u2019t Get You Out Of My Head\u2019. The tour was aimed at promoting Minogue\u2019s latest album \u2018Aphrodite<\/a>\u2019 featuring the international hit \u2018All the Lovers\u2019.<\/p>\n

British balladeer James Blunt<\/a> made his way to South Africa for the second time during August, performing in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban<\/a>. Supported by our own idols winner Elvis Blue<\/a>, Blunt\u2019s show sold out to rave reviews. The \u2018You\u2019re Beautiful\u2019 singer performed his old hits while promoting and performing songs from his current record \u2018Some Kind Of Trouble<\/a>\u2019.<\/p>\n

The month of October sees two popular bands, Coldplay<\/a> and Kings of Leon performing for their South African fans. English alternative band Coldplay will be performing in Cape Town<\/a> and Johannesburg on the 5th and 8th respectively. The \u2018Yellow\u2019 hit makers will be releasing their new album \u2018Mylo Xyloto\u2019 on October 24. \"\"<\/a> American rock band Kings of Leon, who postponed their tour from March, will finally be performing hits like \u201cCrawl\u2019 and \u2018Use Somebody\u2019 in Cape Town on the 26th and the FNB stadium in Johannesburg on the 29th in support of their new album \u2018Come Around Sundown<\/a>\u2019. \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Janet Jackson<\/a>, who previously performed in South Africa as part of her Velvet Rope Tour<\/a>, will be making her way back to South Africa during November.The Grammy Award winning singer will be promoting her \u2018Number Ones\u2019 album and performing hits that have made her one of the best selling female artists of all time. The \u2018All for You\u2019 songstress will be doing two shows in Johannesburg<\/a> on the 11th and 12th and one show at the Grand Arena in Cape Town on the 15th.<\/p>\n

Make sure you don\u2019t miss out on these wonderful acts that are hitting the South African stage by booking your tickets as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
