{"id":13526,"date":"2017-01-27T14:02:59","date_gmt":"2017-01-27T12:02:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.pricecheck.co.za\/?p=13526"},"modified":"2017-01-27T14:02:59","modified_gmt":"2017-01-27T12:02:59","slug":"the-latest-and-last-blackberry-will-be-revealed-on-25th-february","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"\/blog\/the-latest-and-last-blackberry-will-be-revealed-on-25th-february\/","title":{"rendered":"The Latest (And Last) BlackBerry Will Be Revealed On 25th February"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Awhile back it was announced that <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.pricecheck.co.za\/2016\/09\/29\/end-of-an-era-blackberry-are-not-making-phones-anymore\/\" target=\"_blank\">BlackBerry will no longer be designing or manufacturing phones internally<\/a>, and at the\u00a0latest CES it was hinted that a final BlackBerry phone would be officially revealed sometime early this year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>The BlackBerry Mercury will be revealed on the 25th of February<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dubbed the &#8220;BlackBerry Mercury&#8221;, the final BlackBerry phone to be designed in-house is going to be officially revealed in a press conference just ahead of the Mobile World Congress on the 25th of next month. A big move for the manufacturer, the Mercury will undoubtedly will be seen as the brand&#8217;s swan-song, and will also likely be the last time we ever see some of BlackBerry&#8217;s most iconic features.
