Description
The Spier Creative Block 3 Gift Box is a wine gift box that includes a Spier Creative Block wine. The dark ruby red color of the wine is accented by intoxicating splashes of Mourv*dre and Viognier, and has a voluptuous complexity. The grapes were sourced from Groenekloof and Stellenbosch in the Cape's breezy coastal region, and were hand-harvested, pre-cooled, de-stemmed and individually sorted to remove unwanted berries. The notes of violets, black cherry and mulberry are followed by spicy flavors of black pepper and fennel. The silky, rich mid-palate is complemented with concentrated fruit and dense, silky tannins. Food pairing: Beef and venison.
