Description
West Cork Virgin Oak Cask is a limited release Irish whiskey that was matured in first fill Bourbon casks and finished in Kelvin Cooperage virgin oak casks. The whiskey has a nose of malt, slight grapefruit, vanilla, brioche and sweet spice. The palate is malt-heavy with lingering sweetness, vanilla, butterscotch and overall citrus. The whiskey has an Alc of 43%.
Single Malt Irish Whiskey patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & finished in Kelvin Cooperage virgin oak casks. Non chill filtered and no added colour.
Nose: Malt, slight grapefruit, vanilla, brioche and sweet spice.
Palate: Malt, lingering sweetness, vanilla, butterscotch and overall citrus.
