Description
The West Cork Irish Ipa Cask is a blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey that is aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Blacks of Kinsale IPA. The result is an Irish Whiskey that is mildly hoppy with sweet undertones and a finish of roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.
