Beyerskloof Synergy is a blend of three different red wine cultivars, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, and Merlot, that is unique to the vintage. The wine has a big, juicy taste with soft, well-rounded tannins. The wine has a pleasant lingering aftertaste and is one of Mothercity's personal favorites. The wine is available in a 750ml bottle.
Combining the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the fruit forwardness of Pinotage and the softness of Merlot, this Cape Blend synergizes the different cultivars to create a balance unique to the vintage.
Tasting notes:An abundance of black fruit upon entry leads to a big, juicy middle with soft, well rounded tannins. A classic Cape Blend with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. Serve with Steaks, game dishes or oxtail.
