Cons:
There was a 10 working day waiting time before I could collect due to the items I ordered being imported.
Whilst I had to wait 10 working days, I could not find 1 of 2 items ordered locally and further the cost saving made it worth the wait.

I would never use them again.. its now 10 days past the 5 day estimate and I can't get hold of them and they have stopped responding to my emails

Availability of stock and poor accounting practices
I have bought from them and paid same day (with proof sent to their accounts department), followed up a few times and next moment got a reminder of unpaid order. Didn't have the decency to admit their fault in the end. I will not buy with them again.

They have good ideas for Christmas presents.
Cons:
The stock on display is not always available in the local warehouse.
Unfortunately my experience was dismal. After paying for the order I was promised delivery in 10 business days, after 16 business days I still have not received my order
