1.Very efficient and customer service excellence, they're willing to go the extra mile for the customer! 2.Even though delivery is mentioned at a maximum time, but actual delivery is within 3 days (Johannesburg to Durban) provided that the stocks of the item/s you want to purchase is/are queried & available. 3.Excellent tracking facility keeps you updated in real time with step by step notifications. 4.When chosen as an option during a purchase, you are sent SMS's to your cellphone of when the order is ready and when it is leaving to be delivered to you on that same day of that SMS. 5.If any stock are faulty due to manufacture fault/s, just contact Nivo and see how well everything is handled! They arrange for the company to fetch the product/s from you at your time and place and in a few days,you will receive a new product with all costs covered, provided its a manufactures fault of course! 6.Prices are excellent compared to others!
