I just bought a Samsung galaxy s5 from the cacell (Autopage) store in sandton city. The Samsung store quoted me almost 9500 for an s5 however cacell had it for 6899. I saved a lot for the same phone!!!!! well done guys.

I was very unhappy because I ordered a Cellphone, and opted to collect it at the store in Sandton. the order sheet said "12/12/2013 Collection" but when I got to the store, the phone was not there! I travelled all the way from Pretoria, and I wanted to cancel my order then, but there's no clear indications, or procedure for how to do that. Im very unhappy

False pretences and terms and conditions

I purchased a Nokia 6500 slide on Wed 18th Feb 2009, to my surprise I received the handset promptly the next morning and was very impressed by this. However, the problem comes in with the fact that the handset was faulty. I contacted Asif @ CaCELL who said he would arrange for a refund, the handset was collected from me. However the next day on my follow up I was advised that I was not entitled to a refund and a replacement handset would immediately be issued. This was on Friday 20th Feb 2009. It is now Thursday 26th and I still sit with no phone, Asif has denied me the right for a refund and currently not sent me a new phone either. I was even prepared to cancel the order hence paying a penalty of 15% and receiving a refund as stated in the terms and conditions. This was also denied to me. I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails and am receiving no response from CaCELL. Beware people, the service looks good and all your queries will be promptly answered up until the time you sit with a faulty phone!! If there is anyone out there with the same problem please contact me!

this has not been a happy buying experience and I have had to push almost daily to receive an order ten days later. To compensate CaCell did upgrade my purchase - but it would have been good to have received what was ordered in good time - instead of which the whole thing has been a real pain. Some human contact like a phone call to advise progress would have helped.

I phoned their offices in the Sandton Towers on Thursday 28 Sept 08 and Walter, their salesperson, promised to have a Nokia E90 for me by late that afternoon. I told him I'd rather come in the next day when the notorious Sandton traffic would be slightly quieter. I arrived there at around 13:30 after searching high and low for their offices (they operate out of the Autopage offices and have no signage with CaCell anywhere). I met Walter who went into the back room before coming out with some embarrassment to tell me they didn't have an E90 there. Service?

The fulfilment side was great but after sales service is lacking. One of the Nokia's received charger did not work and the other one blew up after two weeks. The headsets received as part of the package fitting is not correct for the phone and we are still struggling to resolve

At first glance they are on the ball - give excellent service. There was miscommunication about the payment and when delivery would take place. They did not inform the courier about times for delivery (as requested both verbal and written). Basically what seemed to be a next day delivery turned out to be a next week delivery (6 days). And that only because I made alot of noise. I'm not sure what would have happened if I left the process in their hands.
