I am waiting almost 4 months know for a iPhone that was ordered on 13 November 2013. It is all over available in SA, but iGear can't deliver. They don't respond to emails or messages and are not available on phone. Take your shopping elsewhere.

I bought a GoPro for R5500 in December 2013. They delivered the wrong product which I returned and to date I have not received a refund. They do not answer their phone - there is an automated message which changes each week, with some new excuse for them not answering emails or calls.

Extreme bad shopping experience. I ordered a iPhone with eft on 13 November 2013. Im still waiting for it, its almost 3 months now. They can't blame the supplier as its all over available in South Africa.Several e-mails were send to them without any reply. Several messages were left with no reply. You can't get hold of them in any way if they don't reply as a answering machine takes the calls. Extreme poor service. Go shop elsewhere. Its 8 Feb.2014 now and still didn't receive any reply to my e-mails or messages.

I discovered iGear through PriceCheck and decided to buy a BlackBerry 9860 on the 6th of February. Due to credit card constraint on their website, they decided to refund me on the 13th of February and told me they did it. Today is the 27th of February (15 days) and I have not been refunded yet. With other e-commerce businesses it just takes 4 days maximum to refund you. I do not really understand what is going on. Really hope one day someone will care about customers and refund me my R 2,874.50
I'd like to see them improve on delivery times because lots of people keep asking me how the store rates and I'm afraid to tell them to use it, because no one should be made to wait that long...(PS you're losing out on a lot of business because of that)
Ordered a Blackberry - awesome service - a wait for the unit but I was kept informed and the price made up for the wait and the ease with which I was able to order. Thanks everyone and you have my support for future purchases. Jan

The shopping experience will only frustrate you. The money you can save by shopping with them is just not worth the trouble. Bad service, Poor communication They work on the principle that the customer is wrong until proved otherwise. Shop elsewhere.
I would like to launch a legal complaint about this online store. It's almost like I'm dealing with ghost traders here. After payment, my order would take about three days. About a month, now they're giving me one story after the other.

The shop carries good equipment at good prices. The purchasing system is on par with most online shops. But the lack of any communication from the store, keeps you wondering if the stock you ordered will ever arrive. And as delivery dates pass, you get the feeling that they just took your money and left the country. But then eventually later on your product will arrive. There is only one communication method and that’s via email as all phone calls are directed to a black hole voicemail service where no response is almost a guarantee. I can only recommend their services if you have no other choice and your life is in the balance. The shopping experience will only frustrate you, and this will lead to an early death. The money you can save by shopping with them is just not worth the trouble.
