What fantastic service! I ordered a Seiko Sportura Kinetic Chronograph watch on fairly short notice, not only was Cybertrek friendly, very accommodating, fast and efficient but their customer service was outstanding. All I can say is "YES" and "thumbs up" for Cybertrek. I ordered a Pentax K10D in Nov 2007. Due to big volumes at customs there was a delay for a few days, but the guys a Cybertrek kept me informed about the situation and I received my order with an overnight delivery on a Saturday morning. I am very happy with my deal and will recommend Cybertrek to anybody!!!!
