Strengths: They are the leaders in providing an outstanding customer experience from the time they answer the phone to the time you take delivery. Communication is out of this world and you can see that they are willing to keep you as a customer!

What more can I say that has not already been said - Out of this world customer experience! I remember speaking to Antonia back in 2007 when they were just starting out and things were just as good as they are now - all this with Antonia still involved.I purchased approx R18000 worth of equipment and what she and her team could not supply initially, she either bettered the product or discounted the price.Best e-tailer I have dealt with EVER! As usual you will see me shopping with you again @ Antonia and Martin.

I have bought a couple of items from nivo and everytime there service has been OUTSTANDING I think all South African online shops could learn a thing or two from these guys! I've made the mistake of trying other south african online retailers and have often been extremely disappointed!

The boss of Nivo is an first class business lady. Professional, competent and pleasant to deal with. I purchased an Asus EEE 904 from Nivo and it was not a simple routine exercise because her suppliers gave her some misleading info. In addition I live in Richards Bay and the courier went to Durban. Nivo's excellent tracking system was very reassuring as well as her cheerful cell phone callsa. A brilliant shopping experience in a planet ful of risky operators. Thank you madam. Most business could learn from you.

I ordered 1GB of RAM for my Lenovo laptop, paid and started to track the order (excellent tracking facility on their site). Then, for some reason I was not sure if I bought the right one, so I phoned and asked. Antonia assisted me, found that I did in fact order the incorrect unit, got the right one by phoning Lenovo and Kingston for me, changed my order and still delivered the next day - which was the original ETA. This kind of service can not be found every day, or anywhere in SA - I recommend Nivo to anyone!

From the time that I placed a query on the Nivo site to the time that I collected the item, it took a matter of ±3 hours.
The customer relations was very good (friendly and proffesional),the owner Antonia, was very accomodating.
