Description
This Colombian single origin coffee from our friends atOrigin Coffee Roastingoffers everything you'd want from that country's coffee. Above all, it's well-balanced, with a medium body, present but subtle acidity and a wonderful natural sweetness with some hints of fruit.
To our palates, the flavours were most like apples, with subtle variations coming through depending on the brew method. In the cupping bowl, red apple seemed most prominent, with a richer, more syrupy sweetness. In a pour-over, a slightly more tart finish made the coffee remind us more of green apples.
With its balanced profile, this coffee will make a great espresso, but we'd also highly encourage you to try it in a filter or pour-over brew.
