Recipe for Japanese-Style Salad Dressing:
Ingredients:
½cup Crede Peanut Oil
½cup onion, minced
1/3cup rice wine vinegar
4tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp water
2tbsp fresh ginger root, minced
2tbsp celery, minced
2tbsp tomato sauce
2tbsp sugar
2tbsp lemon juice
½tsp garlic, minced
½tsp salt
¼tsp ground black pepper
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor & blend on high speed for approx. 30 seconds, until smooth. Perfect for Asian-style salads & stir-fries.
Directions
Store in a cool dark place & use within 6 months of opening.
Ideal for frying, cooking, salad dressings, marinades & sauces.
