The Lynx Lx 3-9X38D Riflescope has a 38mm objective diameter, a 25.4mm tube diameter, a 65-22 degree field of view, a length of 315mm, a 90-83mm eye relief, and a weight of 370g. It has a one-piece main tube for added strength and recoil resistance, improved waterproofing, fully multicoated lenses, an all-alloy gimbal system that improves accuracy, reliability, and repeatability, and a high-precision adjustment tracking system that ensures higher accuracy of the windage/elevation adjustment travel and returns to zero repeatability.

LX and LX2 scopes build on the solid foundation laid down by the Professional Series. We've kept the monotube and alloy gimbal assembly concepts, improved the anodizing to make the finish more resistant to scratches, tightened up the mechanical tolerances and improved the optics.
LX2 models have been manufactured to even tighter tolerance specifications with respect to lens and mechanical component manufacture; they produce brighter, sharper and higher contrast images than LX and P models.
