Buffalo’s new LinkStation™ has the latest CPU with a new generation Dual Issue CPU core for noticeably improved performance that delivers transfer speeds up to 100MB/s! With the integrated Gigabit Ethernet port you can connect the LinkStation 420 directly to the Internet giving you access to all of your stored content from nearly any web enabled device. You can access content on iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices as well as both Windows and Mac based computers. Inside the LinkStation 420 you will find two separate drives which can be configured into RAID 0, RAID 1, and JBOD depending on what type of storage you need. Each drive is supported by a SATA 3 Gb/s drive interface ensuring a fast flow of data to and from the drive. In addition to the two included drives, the LinkStation 420 also comes equipped with a USB 2.0 port to attach external USB drives. The LinkStation™ 420 is bundled with five licenses of NovaBACKUP Professional. The NovaBACKUP Professional automatically backs up your personal documents along with your favorite photos, music and videos, and protects your data on workstations locally and online. Regardless of theft, user error or hardware failure, NovaBACKUP keeps your data secure.
