Description
This single origin coffee comes from a 200 year old farm in Brazil, run for 4 generations by the Eduardo family. Their coffee beans have earned an organic certification and are being snapped up by coffee roasters all over the world. Rosetta has prepared this coffee as a light roast to accentuate its incredible flavours. When sampling it for the first time, we found a delicious nuttiness on the first sip followed by burnt sugar and caramel flavours. You may even get a hint of peanut butter on the nose! It's incredible as an espresso but we also love it brewed as a filter or a french press with a dash of milk. This is not one to miss!
