Now Wii Fit Plus offers a range of new features and enhancements to help players reinvigorate their workouts, along with exercises and balance games designed to keep them fun. Players will find a new dimension to the Wii Fit experience as they easily set their own customized workout routines or choose 20-, 30- or 40-minute workouts based on how much time they have available. Users will also be able to choose from specialized workout routines that focus on an individual’s personal fitness goals or certain target areas. And with the addition of activities like Skateboarding and Rhythm Kung Fu, players will be using the Wii Balance Board accessory in a variety of new and fun ways.

With Wii Fit, Nintendo introduced millions of people to the world of video game fitness, proving that games could be healthy and beneficial, as well as entertaining. Nintendo’s Wii Balance Board let players interact with a series of fitness mini-games in a way never before seen, and with Wii Fit Plus the Balance Board returns with a selection of new fitness activities.
As well as the activities of the original Wii Fit, a host of fresh fitness games are available, including 15 balance games and six strength and yoga activities. New sports such as Skateboarding and Rhythm Kung Fu are also included, each utilizing the Balance Board in unique new ways. Players can now tailor each workout to their own schedule, choosing how long they wish to train for and selecting which areas to work on. Players can decide which activities to perform on a given day, making each routine far more flexible.
