The Elevate range of kitchen tools is designed to improve hygiene and minimise the mess made by placing utensils onto kitchen surfaces during use. Each tool has an innovative weighted handle with an integrated tool rest, ensuring that, when an Elevate utensil is placed down, its head is always raised off of the work surface.
This Elevate Pastry Brush is made from durable polypropylene with flexible silicone bristles. More hygienic than a conventional pastry brush, it's perfect for glazing and basting food and for greasing trays and dishes and you don't have to worry about the bristles dropping out. Ideal for use with non-stick cookware, the silicone head and bristles are heat-resistant up to 270C/520F.
