Description
Spyro the dragon returns in Legend of Spyro The Eternal Night, the platformer sequel to Legend of Spyro A New Beginning. Continuing the storyline of its predecessor, Legend of Spyro The Eternal Night sees the loveable dragon journey on after defeating the evil Cynder and encounter a new antagonist called Gaul. He has risen to be the Ape King and seeks to resurrect the Dark Master. Players must now take control of Spyro as he travels through various lands, and locations ranging from the Dragon Temple, to the Mountain of Malefor. Like previous games in the long-running franchise, this Spyro outing involves similar gameplay, with the dragon travelling through various linear levels, each with its own boss and different enemies to combat with. All new breath attacks can be learnt on the quest, and these involve a range of elements, from the classic fire breath, to ice, electricity and even earth. In addition, it is now possible to slow down time, allowing Spyro to reach previously inaccessible areas. The second instalment in an epic trilogy, Legend of Spyro The Eternal Night continues the story in style and provides enjoyable gameplay.
