We have an older model Defy Automaid and are quite happy with it.For this reason, we bought a Defy Automaid for our daughter. We recently visited our daughter and were very disappointed with the machine. The machine has two very serious shortcomings. Firstly, it takes almost two and half hours...show more

I have had my Defy Automade for 20 years. It has been the very best appliance I have ever bought. I am in the process of replacing it. I do hope that the newest Defy Automaid is just as reliable.
