A demi-sec as delicious as its name implies. Something for those with a sweet tooth, this demi-sec is the perfect bubbly to have with a rich dish such as foie gras or as a standalone dessert bubbly to clear the palate after a rich meal. Lots of dried fruit on the nose followed through with dates on the palate. Well balanced.
