Blanc De Blancs Mcc is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in a cool-climate area. It has a depth of flavor, elegance, and complexity with aromas of almonds, lemon, and green apple. The palate offers a silky texture, crisp acidity, and fine bubbles, with flavors of Gougère, green apple, and lemon. The finish is focused and saline. Best enjoyed as an aperitif.
