Before using this item for the first time, wash it with liquid detergent then rinse carefully Do not overheat the item while it is empty. It is recommended to use mid or low flame for optimum energy saving.
Do not contact the handle and knob with flame or heating source. It is not necessary to use abrasive or scouring items and also do not use powder detergents or oven cleaning products.
Metallic utensils may be used occasionally with special care. Bu it is recommended the use of wooden or plastic cooking utensils. Do not cut anything inside the item.
