It has a touch screen panel and sophisticated software that adjusts the freezing and ventilation systems based on density and temperature readings. It can make 1 kg of gelato in 15-20 minutes and has a removable stainless steel bowl, 5 levels of storage, and a pause function. The machine comes with a transparent cover, measuring cup, and spatula, and the bowl is dishwasher safe. The box includes the ice cream maker body, mixing blades, fixing knobs, and other accessories.

A sophisticated software reads information from density sensors and temperature probes and, based on these parameters, through an algorithm automatically adjusts the thermodynamic system, freezing motor, ventilation motor and manages storage.
