The Karu 12 Wood & Charcoal Fired Pizza Oven is a portable and versatile oven that allows for authentic pizza cooking using real wood and charcoal. It has foldable legs, a detachable chimney, and weighs 12kg, making it easy to take to any outdoor space. With powerful flames and heat retention, it can reach temperatures of up to 500°C in just 15 minutes. The custom-designed fuel tray maximizes airflow and eliminates excess ash, allowing for efficient use of solid fuels. It can also be used with propane gas with the Gas Burner accessory. The 2023 version has a larger fuel tray for better air flow and fuel efficiency. The package includes the oven, a stone baking board, and a manual with tips and recipes.
