Description
The estate cabernet sauvignon has a dark fruit nose with berries and plums. The palate is medium to full-bodied with fruit forward flavors and a juicy and smooth tannin structure. The wine has a long lingering finish with elegant flavor. The wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and is 750ml.

MATURATION: 14 months in Foudr* cask and the balance in neutral 225 French oak barrels.
