Description
This wine is made from a blend of Chenin Blanc, Clairette Blanche, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Semillon Gris. It is best served at about 12 degrees Celsius, and will show its best characteristics after being decanted for the first three years.
Pale straw in colour, this wine has a nose of ripe, green citrus fruit and Christmas spices. The palate is freshand richly textured, with notes of ripe pears, almonds and peaches, anda clove-like finish. Best served at about 12 C, this wine will show optimally when decanted in the first 3 years after bottling.
