The Bce: Convection Oven Anvil Combi - 20 Pan - Sku: COA2020 is a heavy duty full stainless steel construction oven with powerful circulating fans that will quickly heat up the oven. The interior fan panel can be easily cleaned and the manual steam injection system with preheated boiler will heat up the oven quickly. The large full view glass door with cool touch locking handle will allow you to see what is cooking inside the oven. The fan will automatically turn off when the oven door is opened. The two stage locking handle will safely release the heat before fully opening the oven. The trolley system is convenient for fast loading and unloading. The oven has a rapid heat up time and a steam flow of 30 Litres / hr. The oven operates at a temperature of 50C -300C.
