How to use it:

1. Preheat the Microwave Grill for 3 minutes (900W / max power)


2. Place the food on the lower plate and join the two grill plates


3. Place the Microwave Grill in the microwave (follow the cooking table)


4. Remove the Microwave Grill from the microwave with care and enjoy your grilled food

How it cooks food:
The food is cooked in two different ways:

1. The microwaves interact with the polar molecules of food, which begin to vibrate and generate heat, thus getting the food cooked correctly
