The TruSens Air Purifier Z-1000 Hepa Filter is a two-in-one filter that combines a carbon prefilter for capturing large particles like hair and dust with a HEPA type filter for trapping small particles. The filter has been engineered to collect microscopic particles, allergens and volatile organic components (VOCs), and odorous gases. The 360 degree filtration draws in air from all directions, collecting pollutants such as basic household odours and airborne allergens. The carbon prefilter captures odours and certain gasses, and offers the first level of defence against dust and pet hair. The HEPA Type filter removes pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, which is roughly 30 times smaller than a strand of hair. The change indicator light is displayed on the purifier when the filters need to be replaced. The filter is compatible with the TruSens Z1000 Air Purifier.
