Our 1 pint of liquid smoke has a highly concentrated smoke flavor. Use our liquid smoke to add hickory flavor without actually smoking product. Use sparingly. A little goes a long way. Too much will produce a very strong smoke flavor. Start with 1/2 teaspoon for 5 lbs. of ground meat. Adjust the amount used to suit your taste.
