Description
This is a description of a DPST electric heat sequencer control that operates at 24 volts and is compatible with various models from different brands. It has two DPST sequencers with a timing of 1-30 seconds for off and 30-90 seconds for on. It can be used as a direct replacement for most fan and heat sequencing functions and has equivalent terminal markings to competitive types. It has a combined load rating of 30A at 240 VAC and can handle 23A non-inductive and 7 FLA/42 LRA inductive loads. The ON and OFF times for the heater are given in minutes and the first switches to turn ON and last to turn OFF are M1-M2 and M3-M4, respectively. All other switches have random ON and OFF times.
