Description
The Makerhawk MAX98357 I2S Audio Amplifier Module is a filterless class D amplifier that supports ESP32 Raspberry Pi. It has an output power of 3.2W at 4O and 10% THD and 1.8W at 8O and 10% THD. It also has an I2S sampling rate of 8kHz-96kHz. The amplifier can be configured to have a gain of 3dB/6dB/9dB/12dB/15dB. There is no master clock (MCLK) required, and it is suitable for microcontrollers or development board systems with I2S audio output, such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino and ESP32.

Pin:LRC: Frame clock. Left/Right clock for I2S and LJ modes. Sync clock for TDM mode.
BCLK: Bit clock input.
DIN: Digital input signal.
GAIN: Gain and channel selection.
SD: Shutdown and channel selection. Pull SD_MODE low to place the device in shutdown.
GND: Power ground.
VCC: DC 2.5V-5.5V.
