Description
The Nikon 8x42 Prostaff 3S Binoculars have a compact roof prism optical path, anti-reflection multi-coated optics, high-reflectivity silver-alloy prism coatings, and an environmentally-friendly lead and arsenic-free Eco-Glass. The binoculars have a field of view of 377 degrees at 1000 yards and an apparent angle of view of 53.4 degrees. The binoculars are closed-bridge configuration with a large knurled centre focus wheel, right eye dioptric adjustment collar, twist-up rubber eyecups for use with or without eyewear, and a wide 5.3mm exit pupil for improved low-light usability. The binoculars have a fibreglass-reinforced polycarbonate chassis, textured protective rubber armouring, and nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed for water and fog proof performance.
