The Battleship Gray Folding Kayak J Racks Car Top Carriers are an affordable and efficient way to transport one kayak. They can fit most factory and after market cross bars and can hold kayaks up to 3 feet wide and weighing up to 100 pounds. The racks come with two different sets of bottom mounting plates and can be folded down for better fuel mileage. The "J" style design allows for easy loading and unloading, and the included straps and tie downs ensure safe transportation. The racks are made of heavy duty steel and are padded to protect the kayaks. They are designed to save space by transporting kayaks on their side.

You will be able to transport 1 kayak
This standard universal design will easily fit most factory and after market square, oval or flat cross bars. Folds down so there is no reason to remove the rack during kayak season to get your vehicle in and out of your garage. (Make sure when you are entering or going under a low space that the kayak is removed, and the racks are in the fold down position.)
Fits crossbars that are up to 3-1/2" wide for square or rectangle, and 1 1/2" for oval, and will accept kayaks up to 3 feet wide and weighing up to 100 pounds.
Comes with 2 different sets of bottom mounting plates one curved and one straight (flat), depending on your need.
They are only about 6-1/2" high when folded down! When not in use fold down for better fuel mileage.
The large "J" style design makes loading and unloading fast and easy and the quick adjust straps that are included, make your tie down procedure super fast.
All mounting hardware is provided including the quick adjust hull tie down straps, and the bow/stern tie down ropes for added transportation safety.
The heavy duty steel rack surfaces are painted to prevent rust and are padded to protect your kayaks, which will extend the product service life.
