Inkmate offers a one-year return policy on all of their products, with no need for a request. If there is a quality issue with a product, Inkmate will replace it or give a full refund. If there is a shipping issue with a product, Inkmate will pay for the shipping fees. If there is a product issue, Inkmate will work with the customer to find a combo that they are interested in.
All products can be returned or fixed for one year without any request if unopened..
