With SUNlX Powered ComHub USB-to-RS232 enclosure, users now have the ability to convert the connection of their RS-232 peripherals into USB (Universal Serial Bus) compatible. SUNlX UTS4009HP ComHub is compatible with both USB 2.0 and 1.1 specifications with serial communication 921.6 Kbps maximum data transfer rate.
With SUNIX UTS4009HP RS-232 Power Selectable communication ComHub, users can expand 4 RS-232 ports with 5 or 12 voltage output via pin 9th. It is designed for use in commercial applications without need to provide the serial devices with external power supplies, such as barcode scanner, keypad, POS device, printer, and other devices. SUNlX offers the most complete line of USB to I/O products for all your connection needs.

SUNIX UTS4009HP Serial port, user can select +5/12VDC power output in different serial devices application through DB9 male connector. For example user can select 12V output to invoice printer on first port and 5V output to barcode scanner on second port through flexible jumper settings. SUNIX UTS4009HP ComHub is designed for user who wants to connect serial peripherals without using extra power adaptor.

Processional and Complete Design
Grounding and wire routing help limit the effects of noise due to electromagnetic interference (EMI). In order to reduce the environmental background noise, we have added earth ground cooper on the ComHub side panel. User can run the ground connection from the ComHub ground screw to the grounding surface.
