Flipping your sandwiches is easy - you only have to turn the basket over. Non-stick coating makes for fast cleanup. HOW TO USE: Slide lock up handle to unlock, then open basket. Place sandwich inside and close the lid, sliding the lock back down to lock the basket. Cook your sandwiches over the grill or campfire according to your recipe. To remove, unlock and open your basket while wearing a heat-safe glove and remove sandwiches. CARE: Hand wash only with mild dish detergent, rinse and dry immediately. Do not use harsh metallic scrubbers. Periodically apply mineral oil to wooden parts to moisturize. NOT Dishwasher safe.
