Q: Does PriceCheck sell products to the public?
A: No. We don't sell anything. We provide a place for you to compare products and shops and find the one that suits you best. We then tell you were to buy it and send you there.
Q: I want a quote on a product, can I get a quote from PriceCheck?
A: We don't give out quotes by email or phone. We give you all the information you need on our website. If you want to buy a batch of something, contact the shop we refer you to - they'd be glad to help.
Q: I bought a product from a shop but am looking for replacement parts for it, can PriceCheck help me?
A: No. Please contact the shop you bought it from or the relevant manufacturer.
Q: I had a bad experience with a PriceCheck listed shop, what can I do about my situation?
A: Leave a review on our Shop Review pages. If it's quite serious - i.e. you paid for products but haven't recevied them, it might be necessary that you get some legal advice.
Q: Does clicking on the "show offer" button lead to me buying a product without my consent?
A: No. You can't buy anything on PriceCheck. What's more, when you click the "show offer" button, you'll go to the relevant shop and there you'll have to confirm all details before you're committed to buying anything.
Q: I saw a mismatched product, how can I help PriceCheck?
A: Yes please. Click on the "this offer doesn't belong here" link and we'll sort it out.
Q: I am interested in a product, but it does not have an offer/price on it, why is that the case?
A: Some products are no longer sold by any shops in our catalogue, so, what's left is just a product and its description.
Q: I did a search for a product but the results were not related to it. Why did that happen?
A: Sometimes your search can be too general. For example if you search for "
Canon" you might find printers instead of digital cameras. The best way is to search as specifically as possible, e.g. "
Canon EOS 450D"
Q: I am looking for a particular category but cannot seem to find it, is there a place to view all categories on PriceCheck?
A: Yes. Click on the "
category map" link at the bottom of any page.
Q: I have a suggestion/complaint about the PriceCheck service, how do I communicate it?

Q: I am interested in a product but it seems to be from an auction service, how do I buy that product?
A: Well, it's pretty much the same as buying it from any other online shop. Just follow the instructions on the auction site.
Q: I want to register with PriceCheck to use all the cool tools available (like leaving reviews, adding favourite products, setting PriceWatches, etc.). How much does it cost?
A: Nothing, zip, nada, zero! It's mahala! Just click the "Login/signup" link at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Easy, hey?
Q: I have signed up to the PriceCheck user system, but my password does not seem to work, what do I about it?
A: You can request a new password using the "forgotten password" link. If that still fails to work, please
contact us.
Q: I received an email from PriceCheck regarding the user registration system, but I would like to unsubscribe from the service, how can I do that?
A: Just reply to that email with your request and we'll sort it out.
Q: I would like to purchase a product but the price is not as low as I'd like. Can I monitor the price to see if it drops?
A: Yes, just add a PriceWatch to that product. You'll find the link under "Product Tools" (you need to be registered and logged in).
Q: I would like to write a review on a product/shop on PriceCheck. Is it possible, and if so, how do I do it?
A: Just find the product and click on "Rate this product" or find the shop and click on "Rate this shop" (you need to be registered and logged in).
